Because solving big problems takes bigger ideas.
The next (Un)Hackathon is coming November 2020...
It can be great fun to design a sweet app or write a winning algorithm in a competitive setting like a hackathon, but what if you want to hack the status quo on diversity, inclusion and gender equality matters? Well, you need to shake things up with an (Un)Hackthon! Sistech's mission is to effect radical change in the technology workplace; so to tackle such broad, pervasive and ambiguous problems, we need complex, creative and non-traditional solutions from perspectives not typically represented at a hackathon.
Who’s the (un)hackathon for? Literally everyone. We encourage project managers, hiring managers, lawyers, organizational effectiveness, change management and human resources professionals, as well as the usual hackathon suspects like developers, data analysts and engineers to attend. It’s critical we account for all of these perspectives and tap these minds when searching for solutions that will make a real difference.
Believe we should and can create a better corporate culture in the tech industry
